At Willow and Boo, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

- You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Please include your proof of purchase or order confirmation with your return.
•Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
•Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
•Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.
